SonyMusic VEE所属に所属し、科学を中心に学びのコンテンツを広げるバーチャルサイエンスコミュニケータとしてタレント、配信活動を行う北白川かかぽさんのデザイン制作です。北白川さんは博士号を有し、化学分野における専門的な知識を強みに、配信活動にとどまらず、化学系イベントへの出演や教材制作への参加、講義の実施など、教育シーンへの露出が多い点が特徴です。

そのため、インターネット上のコンテンツだけでなく、教育・マスコミュニケーションの場面でも違和感なく機能するビジュアルが求められました。お姿の世界観を大切にしつつ、過度な癖を抑えた設計とすることで、専門性の高い内容でありながらも敷居の高さを感じさせない、親しみやすい質感を目指しています。科学的な信頼感と親近感の両立を意識し、幅広い層に自然に受け入れられるビジュアル表現を行いました。

This design project features Kakapo Kitashirakawa, a virtual science communicator affiliated with SonyMusic VEE who creates educational content centered on science. She works as a talent and streams content. Holding a doctoral degree, Kakapo leverages her specialized knowledge in chemistry. Beyond streaming, she frequently engages in educational settings—appearing at chemistry events, participating in educational material development, and delivering lectures.

Therefore, the visuals needed to function seamlessly not only in online content but also in educational and mass communication settings. While preserving the essence of her persona, the design restrains excessive quirks, aiming for an approachable feel that conveys high expertise without creating a sense of inaccessibility. Conscious of balancing scientific credibility with approachability, the visual expression was crafted to be naturally accepted by a broad audience.
